Linda Linko
Linda Linko (b. 1979) is a Helsinki-based graphic designer and illustrator. Her background in the creative field stretches from studies at The University of Art and Design to careers with agencies such as Taivas and Kokoro & Moi, before starting her own practice in 2010. Linda’s work ranges from brand identities and creative consultancy to art and illustration with an output that varies from strict typographic productions to expressive hand drawing. Linda enjoys turning complex ideas into simple visual representations. Imperfect shapes, large formats, black humor and basically everything that happens while she is away from her computer inspire Linda. Her bold illustrations are created by hand with inks and marker pens and her series of posters for Nolla recently received a gold award at the Finnish Best of the Year - design competition (Vuoden Huiput).
